Craft Course in Food Production & Patisserie

Craftmanship Certificate Courses are for 10th passed students. The Craftmanship Certificate Course equips students with the basic skills required in Food Production & Patisserie. After successful completion of the course students have guaranteed jobs in the Hospitality Industry mainly at entry level as Chefs, Commis, Kitchen assistants Waiters, Bartender etc. Students are trained in different types of Food Production & Patisserie.

 The Food Production and Patisserie is a 1 year course followed by 17 weeks of Industrial Training .
