Craft Course in Food & Beverage Service

Craftmanship Certificate Courses are for 10th passed students. The Craftmanship Certificate Course equips students with the basic skills required in Food & Beverage Services. After successful completion of the course students have guaranteed jobs in the Hospitality Industry mainly at entry level as Chefs, Commis, Kitchen assistants Waiters, Bartender etc. Students are trained in different types of F&B Services, knowledge of menus, Food & Beverage Preparation, plate presentation etc.

 The duration of Food and Beverage Service course is 6 months and after that there is 4 weeks of Industrial Training.
