Dhirendra Tiu  - Senior lecturer

DHIRENDRA TIU, an alumni of IHM Bhubaneswar (1998-2001 Batch) , started his career as Assistant Manager (F&B Service) at Hotel Amer Palace, Bhopal (M.P.) in the year 2001. Later he Joined SIHM, Balangir, Odisha (formerly FCI, Balangir) in the year 2005 as an Assistant Lecturer. During this tenure, he has further enhanced his qualification and completed his BSc HHA (2009) & Masters in Tourism Management (2017) from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi and cleared National Eligibility Test -NET (Tourism Administration & Management) conducted by NTA in the year 2018. 

He joined SIHM Balangir as Asst. Lecturer in March’2005 promoted to Lecturer in July’2011 & Sr Lecturer in Septmber’2019. After the vivid experience of 16 years in SIHM Balangir, Odisha he joined IHM Ranchi as Sr. Lecturer in November’2021.

He has actively organized various Students Activity such as Study Tour, Sports Meet, Annual Day, World Tourism Day in his last assignments.

His area of Expertise is F&B services.
