Mr. Nilesh Ratnoday  - Assistant lecturer

Mr. Nilesh Ratnoday is an alumni of IHM Bhopal batch of 2011-2014. Before joining IHM Bhopal he has completed Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Currently he is pursuing Masters in Tourism and Travel Management. He started his career in Front Office Department with MP Tourism. Later He worked as a Front Office Executive in Hotel Imperial, Ujjain and in year 2016 he was promoted as Front Office Manager. In 2017 he was the part of the preopening team as Front Office Manager for Solitaire Hotel and Resort Ujjain. Then he joined Academics in year 2018 and started his academic career with SIHM, Indore. In 2021 he joined IHM, Ranchi as an Assistant Lecturer. 

He has nearly 7 years of experience in Hotels and Academics. He has proficiency in PMS like IDS and yield management. He was associated with various training courses organized by Ministry of Tourism – Hunar Se Rozgar Tak, Skill Testing and Certification Program and Path Pradarshak Program. He has successfully cleared National Hospitality Teaching Eligibility Test (NHTET) organized by NCHMCT, Noida in Year 2019. He has successfully completed one week Faculty Development Program on Training of Trainers by Le Cordon Bleu School of Hospitality & Tourism, GD Goenka University, Gurugram - Haryana in collaboration with The Roseate Hotels & Resorts and after qualifying assessment certified as “Certified Hospitality Educator”. He has also attended and presented his research papers in various International and National Conferences.
